 Guitars need TLC, even when they are new straight from the factory they can be roughly finished or set up for shipping rather than comfortable playing.  Guitar strings have 200 lbs of tension so they can warp the instrument which can make it feel harder to play or buzz.

My name is Jimmy Pinch for 30 years I have worked  as a pro guitar tech,  instrument maker and repairer, with 20 of those years serving the guitar community in Devon. I have succesfully made roughly 2,500 guitars play better for people over the last 30 years with not one complaint! just a lot of happy guitar players.

I understand the needs of guitar players, because of a lifelong passion for the guitar.

I make guitars easier to play for beginners and professionals alike. A perfectly fretted and set up guitar can extended practice times and performances greatly. 

I do restringing, setups, oiling, cleaning, electronics, fix binding, repair cracks, and do fret leveling and dressing on all types of guitars.

I make up-cycled instruments and crazy creations. I have a reputation for quality work at affordable prices and I am used to working on all types of guitars from vintage to modern.
